National Weightlifting Trials Enters Final Day By Omolagba Oluwayemi The National Weightlifting trials in Lagos State Nigeria hits its final day today, BSNSports.com.ng reports. The event which is organised by the Nigeria Weightlifting Federation to select the best weightlifters in the country started on Wednesday with events already concluded in some weights categories. In the 65kg male category, Kure Martins and Rasaq Muftau finished 1st and 2nd while Emmanuel Ugwu and Olaniyan Hammed finished 1st and second in the 59kg male category.
