Ebere Amaraizu, Director NLO in-charge of the South-East, disclosed this to the News Agency of Nigeria on Monday in Enugu. Amaraizu noted that the promotional play-off would commence on November 13 and November 14 at various zonal centres. According to him, adequate logistics arrangements have been made for participating teams to vie for placement into NLO Division-3 in the zonal centres. He said the NLO Board had already appointed eight coordinators for the various centres. He said: “We have Damaturu Zonal Centre comprising football clubs from Borno, Adamawa, Taraba, Bauchi and Gombe States; while in Lokoja Zonal Centre, we have Delta, Nassarawa, Benue, Plateau and Kwara States. “Oshogbo Zonal Centre is made up of clubs from Lagos, Ogun, Oyo, Ondo and Edo States; while the Ilorin Zonal Centre is made up of clubs from Kogi, Osun, Niger, FCT and Ekiti. “In Katsina Zonal Centre, we have Yobe, Sokoto, Kaduna and Jigawa States; while Sokoto Zonal Centre has clubs from Kano, Katsina, Zamfra and Kebbi States. “Edo Zonal Centre covers football clubs from Rivers, Cross River, Bayelsa, Akwa Ibom and Ebonyi States; whereas Abakiliki Zonal Centre covers football clubs from Anambra, Abia, Imo and Enugu States.” Amaraizu, who also doubles as the Coordinator for Abakiliki Zonal Centre, said clubs in Abakiliki centre were expected to arrive on Monday, November 12, latest 12 noon at Abakiliki Township Stadium. He added: “Early arrival will allow for proper documentation and registration ahead of the event proper on Tuesday morning.’’
