NFF
By Admin BSN can authoritatively reveal that the officials of the Department of Security Service, DSS, have been withdrawn from the Nigeria Football Federation, NFF headquarter at Wuse zone 7, Abuja. It will be recalled that the Director General if the DSS, Lawal Daura was sacked and arrested on Tuesday following his order to the DSS operatives who disallowed the Senators access to the national assembly. Acting president, Yemi Osinbajo, SAN, sacked the DG of DSS with immediate effect due to rate of impunity at work. Until now, the security operatives have been resuming at the glass house since July 23rd when they claimed that an order from the presidency asked them to install Amaju Pinnick led board back to office. A staff of the NFF who spoke with BSN around 11:48 am, who preferred his name not mentioned said: "Yes, i can confirm that no DSS official are here this morning. Before now, they would have resumed but till this moment we have not set our eyes them." "We are not sure whether it is connected with the sack of Daura but one can link it with it." "The last three weeks has been hell for the staff as they determine the time we close. We cannot state whether the withdrawal is temporary or not." Minister of youth and sports development, Barrister Solomon Dalung has insisted that the order to oust NFF President, Ambassador Chris Giwa was not from the presidency.
