Nigeria U-20 women national team coach, Christopher Danjuma has said that series of international friendly games has been lined up as part of their preparation ahead of the 2018 FIFA U-20 Women World Cup which will be played in Russia.
According to the Nasarawa Amazon coach, Falconets will play international and local friendly matches with African countries and also Grade A friendlies with countries around the world. This is to keep the players on top of their games.
"Our programme we will be having some friendly matches that will keep the the players in form, we will start from Africa. So, i dont think we will be facing any worries as regards preparation. We have lined up friendlies to prepare the girls for the task ahead.
Nigeria will play China, debutant Haiti, and four times winner Germany in the group stage. The 2018 U-20 World Cup is the 9th edition and will take place in France from 5th yo 24th August 2018.
