  NFF Seeks Postponement Of Rivers United, Bloemfontein Celtics CAF Confederation Cup Match By Sampson Adedeji Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has written a letter to Africa soccer governing body, (CAF) seeking the postponement of the CAF Confederation Cup match involving Rivers United and Bloemfontein Celtics of South Africa, BSNSports.com.ng reports. The South African side supposed to have arrive the country for the match but were unable due to do so following the covid 19 restrictions in the country. South Africa is one of the high risk country and is one of the reason Nigeria health protocols continue to deny Celtics entry into the country. According to the letter written by the Secretary General of the NFF, Mohammed Sanusi, the body seek for postponement of the match or move the game to neighbouring country. The Pride of Rivers hold the two goals advantage going into the second leg.
