NFF settles Super Falcons $40,000 Friendly match Largesse By Niyi Busari Despite the 8-0 bashing against France, Super Falcons players have received their allowances from the Nigeria Football Federation. The sum of $40,000 was reportedly paid to the NFF for the international friendly game between France Women National Team and the Super Falcons of Nigeria. An impeccable source that revealed to BSN sports has it that the sum have been immediately paid to all the players who were invited for the friendly game. Nigerians were concerned fews weeks ago when the news spread round that NFF shortchanged Falcons for not paying the players their match and camping allowances. NFF had cleared the air that, the federation have not received the said amount and promised to settle all the players and officials as soon as they confirm the payment.
