NFF Will Not Issue ITC To Home-based Players Going To Lesser Leagues - Pinnick By Sampson Adedeji Nigeria players planning to move to lesser leagues across Europa may have their hope dashed as the President of Nigeria Football Federation, Amaju Pinnick has stated that International Transfer Certificate (ITC) will not be issued to them, BSNSports.com.ng can reports. Pinnick made the statement while addressing the players ahead of the international friendly match against El Tri of Mexico in Los Angeles, United States. He further said, the home based players are expected to move to major European clubs and boost the image of league. "We have plans for the home-based players and we don't want you to move to the obscure leagues in Europe. We will soon stop issuing ICT to our top league players going to these clubs. Our dream is to see you play for the top clubs in Europe," he said.
