Kabiru Owolabi, EFCC FC Coach

The former Kwara United coach said change in their pattern of play helped his boys to score the solitary goal as the Abuja based team became a hard nut to crack.

He warned any team who underrate EFCC FC to have a rethink.

"They (EFCC FC) have a very good team, parade young talented players, they are not a team to underrate, if you do, you have yourself to blame." Bala Abubakar told journalists after the match.

"EFCC FC is a traditional team, anybody that refused to give the Abuja based team any chance does not know the history of the team.

Speaking further, Bala said he is happy with the result adding that he is not bothered by the slim victory and also argued that his team is a high scoring side.

"Yes, i am very impressed and very happy for at least getting the maximum three points which is the most important thing. We are not worried with a goal scoring win, even if it is half goal, the most important thing is the win and the three points."

Substitute Shamsudeen Hasimu in the 65th minute scored the solitary goal as EFCC FC keeper Ifeanyi Nwobi parried the first shot at goal to another Tornadoes player whose shot hit the goal post as Hasimu tapped in to give the hosts the deserved win.

They have also worked hard, have a game plan that worked for them to come here and pick points. But by the grace of God we came out to claiming the three points.
