After failing to secure a win in the last two international friendly matches, Nigeria's Super Eagles has dropped down in the latest FIFA ranking, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
Current Africa champion Desert Warrior of Algeria defeated Nigeria 1-0, Carthage Eagles of Tunisia forced the Nigeria side to a 1-1 draw early this month in Austria.
The ranking which was released on Thursday morning show that Nigeria which occupied 29th position in the world and third in Africa in the September ranking, now placed 32nd in the world and 4th in Africa.
Expectedly, Algeria now took the Nigeria position in Africa 3rd and 30th in the World.
Teranga Lion of Senegal despite suffering 3-1 defeat to Atlas Lion of Morocco in its own friendly maintained its top spot in Africa and best Africa ranked team in the world.
