The Nigeria National League has slightly adjusted the date for the Annual General Assembly (AGA) expected to usher in the new 2021/2022 season, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
Chief Operating Operating Officer, Emmanuel Adesanya said the shift has been necessitated by reasons beyond their control and has urged its 46 club’s Chairmen to bear with the development, stating it is with a view to serve them better.
As it is the AGA earlier fixed to hold in the ancient City of Benin,Edo State capital, from 8-11 of next month ,is from the 13-16.
The new date for the AGA is now Wednesday 15, it will be preceded with a special retreat for the clubs on Tuesday 14,clubs are expected to arrive Monday 13 and to depart on Thursday 16.
