Nigeria National League NNL make U-Turn to initial decision to promote 8 teams.

• Super 8 to hold between December 17th to 21st. • Top 2 teams of each group to gain promotion to NPFL Lagos and Kano to host NNL Super 8

After much consideration the NNL has concluded plans to go into playoffs in order to determine teams to gain promotion into the NPFL. The playoff will take place across two centres; the Southern Conference games will be played in Lagos while the Northern Conference Matches will hold in Kano. Matches will follow the Round robin format which means 2 top teams will qualify into Nigeria’s Elite League.
