  Nigeria Optimistic Ahead Africa Youth Handball Championship By Editor Coach of the Under 18 Male National Handball Team, Emeka Nnamani is confident that his young team will make the country proud at the upcoming 15th Male Africa Youth Championship. The National Cadet team are in close camping at the Aguiyi Ironsi Cantonment, Abuja, ahead of the biennial continental Championship which holds Agadir, Morocco and Coach Emeka believes that the intensive preparation the boys are currently undergoing will give them an edge. He further said his goal is to ensure that the team surpass the records set in 2018 when they finished third at the competition in Marrakech, Morocco. The Coach of Najet academy handball club also said the team will do everything possible to ensure that they get a ticket for the world championship and also win the competition. Coach Emeka Joseph Nnamani also praised the Sameul Ocheho handball led Handball Federation of Nigeria board for ensuring they have the best of facilities for camping and comfortable accommodation which has made the team focus more on the job at hand. The Africa Youth Handball Championship will hold from March 16-21, 2021 in Agadir, Morocco.
