Nigeria vs Algeria: Super Eagles Player Ratings

Super Eagles were tamed 1-0 in Friday's international friendly against the Desert Foxes of Algeria.
Here are the rating for Super Eagles:
Maduka Okoye (GK) : The goalkeeper made some brilliant saves in the game, but couldn't save Rami effort who scored for the Desert Foxes. 7/10
Tyrone Ebuehi (RB) : Started the game was
jittery at the start of the game, but grew in confidence till the end of the game. 6/10
Zaidu Sanusi (LB) : The left back had a promising talent in defence line and also showed his attacking attributes too. 8/10
William Troost-Ekong (CB) : The captain was not visible on the field of play, but had low mark of confidence 5/10
Leon Balogun (CB) : Balogun was a more centred as He defended well and even
made carried the ball forward a few times. 7/10
Semi Ajayi (CMD) : Played in defensive midfield. Helped the defence line for not to concede more goals. 7/10
Frank Onyeka (CDM) : Onyeka was off the field as he was easily overrun by the Desert Foxes 4/10
Alex Iwobi (AM) : Laid much passes and produced good link up plays but his shots at goal were disappointing. 7/10.
Samuel Kalu (LW) :
Was unfortunately withdrawn early having sustained an njury but he combined well with Sanusi in the first 45. 5/10
Samuel Chukwueze (RW) : The Villarreal wide attacker had a lively first half as his pace and direct running posed problems for the Algerian backline.
This wasn’t sustained after the break and he was eventually replaced by Ahmed Musa with 15 minutes to play. 6/10
Paul Onuachu (ATT): The towering Genk forward occupied the centre-backs and was a willing runner until his withdrawal. 5.5/10
SUBSTITUTES
Mikel Agu :
Was clumsy in possession and seemed off the pace in the defensive third. 5/10
Moses Simon :
Simon wasn’t really productive, being part of the team for few years, Nigerians expected him to spark up the attack but his efforts when he came on was not enough. 5.5/10
Kelechi Iheanacho :
Didn’t offer enough in an attacking sense after coming on for Onuachu. Iheanacho has dropped in form and has to double is efforts if he wants to maintain the national team call up. 4/10
Kevin Akpoguma :
The Hoffenheim wide defender replaced Ebuehi with about 20 minutes to play for his maiden cap. 4/10
