Nigeria Vs Gambia: Super Falcons in High Spirit As Foreign Based Players Arrive This Week

By Niyi Busari Super Falcons head coach, Thomas Dennerby expressed satisfaction over the early preparation of the Falcons ahead of the African Women Cup of Nations qualifying double header matches against Gambia. He believes that the early preparation will enable his team practice and blend well together as they will be having a good training session. He said that there are twenty five home based players in camp while their foreign based counterparts will join them this week. He is confident that the Super Falcons will edge past Gambia in the two home and away African Women Nations Cup games coming up on Wednesday 6th June while the second leg is billed for Nigeria five days later. "This time we have enough time to prepare the Super Falcons ahead of the African Women Nations Cup qualifying game against Gambia. The girls are in high spirit, there are 25 home based players in camp while their foreign team mates are expected this week." "The early camping will enable them train and blend together, the newly invited players will have more time to understand and blend with other players in camp. I am convinced that Super Falcons will not disappoint Nigerians."
