After scoring Club Brugge's first Champions League goal this season against Zenit St Petersburg, Emmanuel Dennis failed to hit the target last night as Club Brugge were held to a 1-1 draw at home by Italian's Lazio.
The Super Eagles forward was frustrated by the Italians in the game and was given a yellow card in 69th minutes after committing several fouls resulting from his frustration. He also received a yellow card in his last game against Zenit St Petersburg.
His compatriot, David Okereke was an unused sub in the game. Okereke who was unused in the first game as well will hope to play in their next game against Borussia Dortmund.
Meanwhile somewhere in England, former Super Eagles striker Odion Ighalo will have to wait for another day to get his Champions League debut for Manchester United.
Ighalo who was on the bench in Paris maintained the same position yesterday as Manchester United whitewashed RB Leipzig 5 - 0 to make it a perfect start for them in this season's Champions League.
