NNL Gets Kick Off Date

By Sampson Adedeji Organiser of the Nigeria National League ( NNL) has announced kick off date of the 2021 season of league, BSNSports.com.ng reports. The second tier of the league was last played in the country in December 2019 and was unable to return in 2020 due to some circumstances. Having its Annual General Meeting ( AGM) at Abakaliki in Ebonyi State, the league body announced January 30th as the kick off date of the league. The league was earlier slated to kick off on January 16th as announced by the Nigeria Football Federation ( NFF) at the end of its Annual General Meeting in Abeokuta, Ogun State. Over 40 clubs are expected to take part in the league and to be group in 4 groups.
