NNL: Giodano FC Make U-turn Return To Play In The League By Niyi Busari Giodano FC have announced their return back to the Nigeria National League after their withdrawal few due finacial constraints, BSNSports.com.ng can report. The Kano based club in a statement signed by the media officer of the club, Salisu Musa Jegus said the club returnwd back to play in the 2019 NNL season after the intervention and assurance from Kano state government. In a statement made available to www.bsnaports.com.ng which reads; "After a series of meeting and consultation between the management of Giodano FC and the state government under the leadership of his Excellency the dDeputy Governor of Kano state Dr. Nasiru Yusif Gawuna and the chairman Giodano FC Jamilu Wada Aliyu on the issue concerning the clubs problem which lead the action of withdrawing from the league, "We hereby announce our return to the National league for the betterment of the league , we therefore thank all those that shows their concern over the issue . especially kano state government, we really appreciate the gesture, our regards to all kano sports loving people for their recognition and support,"
