NNL: Gombe United To Resume On 13th September

Few hours after federal government of Nigeria lifted ban on Sporting activities in the country, the management of Nigeria National League Club Gombe United has announced the team resumption date, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Sporting activities has been put on hold across the country since March this year due to outbreak of Corona virus.

Matches in the National league has been on hold since December 2019 due to unforseen circumstances.

Gombe United via its official social media handle on Friday afternoon 13th September as resumption while training will commence on the following day ( 14th September).

"We're resuming training on Sunday 13th September.

To this end, players are to report to camp on or before the stipulated time, as intensive training will commence on Monday 14th under the tutelage of coach Zubairu Aliyu and his technical crew.

We wish you traveling mercies", the club said.

The date for the resumption of league matches in the country is yet to be made public.
