In group A2, Zamfara United defeated Kebbi United 2-0 in a game played yesterday, Friday while today's game sees G&H Shekarau FC played a 1-1 Yobe Desert Stars, Kogi United a goalless draw against Malumfashi FC and ABS FC defeated DMD 2-0 FC, the same scoreline by which Niger Tornadoes also defeated Road Safety FC. In the Southern Conference, group B1 3SC pipped Giant Brillars FC 1-0 at home in Enugu by a lone goal while Osun United were held to a 1-1 draw at home by Nnewi United.
