NNL: NFF Fines, Banish Remo Stars, Issue Warning To Insurance By Sampson Adedeji After much discussions and deliberations, Nigeria Football Federation appeal committe has decided to give final verdict on the Nigeria National League game involving Remo Stars and Bendel Insurance, BSNSports.com.ng can reports. Fracas broke out in the game involving the two teams few month back which left the insurance players and technical crew massively injured. The appeal committe rose from its meeting on Thursday to hand out a fine worth N1.3 million to Remo Stars with N800,000 going to Insurance while the team also banished to Akure for one game. Meanwhile Insurance of Benin was also handed a stern warning to desist from bringing the game to disrepute.
