NNL: Rolandson Optimistic of Crown FC NPFL Promotion

Crown FC Chairman, Rolandson Odey has revealed the readiness of the club for the upcoming 2019 Nigeria National League season, BSNSports.com.ng understands.
The Ogbomoso based team narrowly missed the Super 8 mere whisker last season.
According to Rolandson, "This season will be different that is why we started very early as senior colleague has said, it is a new dawn and this my third season with Crown FC.
"The team will resuscitate itself back to the premiership, we tried first we couldn't get there, second we couldn't due to some financial constraints.
He added that the team will not run out funds as an alternative means of raising funds is already concluded.
"For this season, we have sorted for fund elsewhere because we don't want to rely on government funding alone, that is why we secured sponsorship deals with corporate sponsors and individuals. Ogbomoso indigenes in diaspora are also in financial support of the club and are looking forward to a new Crown FC."
We tried as much as possible to look at our problems this year, for example, someone gave us a huge amount of money for sponsorship also the one kitting Crown FC this season.
"We are also trying that the little money we are getting from the government is enough and we don't have issues of not paying salaries." He concluded
