NNL Sanctions Malumfashi, Awards 3 Points To Kada City

The management of Nigeria National League, NNL, has on Tuesday ordered Malumfashi to play their next home matches under closed doors, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
NNL also awarded three points in Malunfahsi Vs Kada City match-day encounter played in Katsina state to the visitors.
The decision according to a press statement signed by the media officer, Amar Ignis made available to www.bsnsports.com.ng was taken due to the home team unruly behaviour meted out to the match officials on the match-day.
The statement reads in part: "After due and exhaustive consideration of the official report on the above rescheduled match played in Katsina, the NNL in a summary jurisdiction decided as follows in accordance to vital sections of the rule book on assaults, encroachment, match disruption among others." The official statement begins.
"That Malumfashi FC of Katsina will play their next three home games under strict closed doors."
The President, Malumfashi FC, Alhaji Sirajo Baba was also accused of influencing the disruption of the game.
"Also, Club President, Alhaji Sirajo Baba for his role in influencing disruption of the match is given three (3) days from the receipt of the official letter of this jurisdiction to return the bags and contents he seized from match officials still under his custody or face severe sanctions.
The home team however, was given seven days to provide the hoodlums and club supporters who were involved in assaulting the match officials.
"Malumfashi FC have seven (7) days to arrest and provide their club officials and supporters involved in the assault against the match arbiters.
The league body therefore awarded three points to the away team, Kada City.
"Kada City of Kaduna consequently,have been awarded 3 points and 3 goals."
