NNL Super 8 Play-Off: The Gladiators Settles For A Score Draw
By Omolagba Oluwayemi
The rivalry and intensity we're likely to see in the NPFL next season was witnessed at the Cathedral this afternoon as Remo and Shooting Stars battled it out for an NPFL ticket,
BSNSports.com.ng reports.
Having recorded a win in their first game, victory in the afternoon would've edged either of the sides closer to the NPFL thereby needing just a point from the final game to return to the NPFL but nothing could separate both sides at the end of the day.
A brilliant hurler from Okachi Anthony in the 75th minute sends Shooting Stars ahead at the Cathedral but with less than 5 minutes to end the regulation time, Agbeko Morgan ensured the spoils was shared when he net the equaliser for Remo Stars in the 85th minute.

The battle in the Group continues later today with Ekiti United and Bendel Insurance vying for their first win.
A draw for both Shooting Stars and Remo Stars in their final game on Thursday will send them both to the NPFL regardless of what tonight's other group game produces.
