NPFL : Salisu Hopes Rangers Will Continue Good Run After Break

The head coach of Nigeria Professional Football League side Enugu Rangers, Salisu Yusuf hope the the team will continue it's good run when the league resume.

The Flying Antelope who started the season badly has hit the form before the League Management Company ( LMC) announced the suspension of the league on Wednesday due to Corona virus, BSN Reports.

Rangers surprisingly recorded 2-3 away win against Dakkada FC in the match day 25 of the league with forward Israel Abia netting a brace.

The team management asked the players to proceed on 10 days leave on Friday after the league body suspended the league for 4 weeks.

Former National team handler heaped praise on players and hope the good runs continue.

"This is an emergency break but I hope we would be professional enough in our conducts so that we can maintain a high level of fitness when we return.” Salisu said.

Rangers is presently placed 4th on the table after the match day 25.
