NPFL: "We Were Unlucky Against Dakkada" - Boboye
By Sampson Adedeji
After failing to pick maximum points against city rival Dakkada FC, chief coach of Akwa United Kennedy Boboye has said they were unlucky not to have secure the full point, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
The 'Promise Keepers started their season on Monday against Dakkada at Goodswill Akpabio stadium and the game ended goalless.
Akwa players missed several scoring opportunities that came their way in the match and also failed to breakdown the backline of the away side.
"It was a game we wanted to win. We put in everything and our ball play was very good and I think we were just unlucky not to have scored in today’s match,'' he stated.
