By Sampson Adedeji
Head coach of the Nigeria Professional Football League Club Nasarawa United,B Nikyu, has attributed his team defeat against MFM FC of Lagos to ill luck, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
The Olukoya Boys handed the Solid Miners a 1-0 defeat at the Soccer Temple in Agege Stadium on Monday in the last match of the match day 13.
Nikyu pointed out that the MFM were not better than his team but they were just lucky to run away with the three points.
"It's all about 3 points, if we did well and lose its like we didn't do anything at all.
"We didn't do well as far as I'm concern, you can't do well and lose and even if you didn't do well and win its still as if you did well.
Nothing was wrong with my team, if you watch the game you will see that it was ill luck against my team if not, we played the game, I don't believe we can lose the game but that is football.
I'm not under any pressure the game is all about winning and losing, other too are losing," he stated.
The defeat ensured that Nasarawa United dropped to 6th position on the table with 20 points in 13 matches.
