NPFL: Abdallah sad for not picking maximum points against Jigawa, hope to secure away win soon.
By Sampson Adedeji
After playing out a 1-1 draw against Jigawa Golden in the Nigeria Professional Football League on Saturday , the coach of Enyimba International, Usman Abdallah has expressed his sadness over the result, BSNSports.com.ng understands.
The People Elephant hope to recover from the point they lost at home last weekend to Lobi Stars in a game that ended in a draw but they could only pick one point again against Jigawa at the Sanni Abacha stadium, Kano.
"I think it is a game we should have won but all the same we got one point away from home and we still have a lot of away matches to play.
"If we couldn't get it in Kano we will get it somewhere else. The most important thing is to get something away. If you can't get the maximum point you get a point and when you go back home you grab the whole of the three points. But unfortunately last week we dropped two points at home and then we got a point today.
Next on the card for the Nigeria champion is CAF champions League third group match against Paradou of Algeria.
