NPFL: Abia Warriors, Jigawa Golden Stars Get Approval For New Home Venues

Clubs in the Nigeria Professional Football League, NPFL, continue their preparations for the upcoming domestic season, putting finishing touches to their plans, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
Following rejection of Umuahia Township stadium home of Abia warrior and match venue of Jigawa Golden Stars in Dutse by the League Management Company, (LMC), due to low standard, the two clubs have secured approval for another home venues ahead of the kick-off of the new season
Abia Warriors have secured permission to play his home matches at the Enyimba International stadium in Aba, while Jigawa on its part have got the nod of LMC to play its home game at the Ahmadu Bello stadium in Kaduna.
Jigawa will open the season at home to Sunshine Stars of Akure while Abia Warriors will be at away to rivals, Enyimba International.
The league is slated to kick off on December 6th, 2020.
