Imama, while speaking with journalists after the encounter, said the victory was well deserved.
"I think most importantly, it's been long we had this kind of victory, we've been waiting for it come, it finally came. Kudos for the boys they were able to keep their heads up."
"A whole lot of work to do with a long season, we hope we're going to build up from this."
Meanwhile, ahead of their next fixture against Nasarawa United on Sunday, Imama said;
"We also know that, that's going to be another tough game, we will put it under our belts. This one is done and dusted ( Abia Warriors Vs Wikki Tourists), we can talk about it. We need to start planning immediately."
He further added that; "Let's just believe so, we've created so many goal scoring chances prior to this time, we thank God Valentine is back, and was able to get a brace today. We hope he keeps his head down and continues the good job he started."
