NPFL: Heartland disengage Hassan Abdallah after ten matches

  Just barely two month after his appointment as the handler of the Naze Millionaires coach Hassan Abdallah has been sacked by the management of the club over a string of poor results, BSNSports.com.ng reports. The announcement was made by the club media officer, Solomon Onu today after a meeting of the management held in the light of Heartland FC unimpressive outing in the league this season where they are placed last in the league table with seven points from ten matches. The statement from media officer reads: The management of Heartland FC of Owerri has parted ways with it's technical adviser, Hassan Abdallah. The club is in receipt of, and has accepted a resignation letter from coach Abdallah dated 2nd February 2022. Abdallah was in charge of the 5 time league champions for just over 2 months. The club wishes him well in his future endeavours.   Heartland will face Gombe United at their home ground in Okgiwe Stadium, Owerri in Matchday 11. Abdallah's last game in charge was their 4-0 loss to Shooting Stars at Lekan Salami Stadium, Adamasingba, Ibadan.
