Ikenna Offor Details How Nasarawa United Can Get Back To Winning Ways By Niyi Busari Nasarawa United winger, Ikenna Offor has said that the team's slump in form is a tough temporary moment they will soon overcome  and return to winning ways from their next game. Nasarawa United were unbeaten until league leaders, Enyimba International defeated the Solid Miners at their home ground after tasting first defeat from Plateau United at the Jos Township Stadium on January 29 after six matches without a loss. The fast skillful attacker said it has been hard to recover from the first loss but encouraged the team to remain focused and get back to winning ways. "The team finds it hard to recover from a losing position and we were unable to be at our best for some games, Ikenna says. "Nasarawa's slump in form is tough to understand but the important thing is to concentrate on getting back to winning games. Ikenna adds that the team needs to 'show more' and they will work hard to rectify the situation at hand. "What we are missing at the moment is consistency, being good for the whole match. We often have a bad patch, concede a goal and it makes it too hard to recover," The promising forward told BSN Sports "We need to find more consistency in matches to be able to get past this level of the team and return back to the top of the table where we belong. It’s difficult to explain because we were in good form and then we got into difficulty. "It happened very quickly. We need to concentrate on the return phase now and getting near the levels we were at. "It’s up to us to rectify the current situation and above all show more. We have to stay together and stay as positive as possible during this delicate moment." Having gone unbeaten in his first 6 games Nasarawa United have tasted three consecutive defeats, a slump in form that has raised concern and must be quickly fixed
