NPFL: Ilechukwu turns down MFM offer, set for Heartland switch

If the reports coming from the camp of Nigeria Professional League side MFM FC is to be considered then coach Fidelis Ilechukwu is set to dump the club for another side in the league.

The young coach led the Olukoya boys to the elite division and the club has maintain its stay in the league since then and also has couple of instinct in the CAF champions League.

The Management of the club has been trying to convince the gaffer to stay but it seems the offer coming from Heartland FC of Owerri is too high to be turned down.

Heartland has been working round the clock to reposition the club ahead of the new league season.

If the deal materialised, then Ilechukwu will end his 13 years stay with the Lagos based team.
