NPFL: Israel Abia Happy To Score Rangers' First Goal Of The Season

Striker Israel Abia is still in cloud nine after scoring Rangers international of Enugu first goal of the 2020/2021 season, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
The Flying Antelopes suffered a 1-0 defeat to Rivers United in the match day one of the season and recorded no point.
The team bounced back strongly in the match day 2 game played at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium in Enugu and recorded a 1-0 win over visiting Akwa United.
After a scoreless first half, Abia netted the only goal of the game in the 61st minute and ensured that host secured maximum points.
"I'm so happy that I scored Rangers first goal this season. It was a difficult game because we missed so many chances but the goal gave me joy. Many more will surely come," he said
Rangers have garnered three points in two games.
