NPFL; Kano Pillars suspend player for gross misconduct

Following the unruly behaviour of some players, the Nigeria Professional League side Kano Pillars has wielded a big stick on one of his players.

The Mai Su Gida boys has started securing good results in the league after struggling at the early stage of the season, BSN Reports.
The team on Tuesday suspended one of the reliable defender of the team, Ifeanyi Nweke for his unruly behaviour in the past few days.
And apart from the suspension, he was also placed on half salary. until the team notice a change of attitude in the player.
Pillars is among the team vying for a place in the continent next season.
