As the second round of Nigeria Professional Football League beckons, clubs continue to prepares and get ready for what the season might likely throw at them, and at an unexpected time where teams are beefing up preparations, assistant manager of Kastina United decided to step down from his post, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
The assistant coach of Kastina United who is formerly the head coach of Green Berets, Adamu Abdullahi submitted his resignation letter to the secretary of the club, Katsina United without stating any reason for his resignation.

The reason while the energetic gaffer his position is yet to be ascertained as the time of this report.
The Katsina based club will continued to fight for its survival in the elite division as the club is presently placed 18th with 18 points in 19 matches.
Katsina United who lost 3-0 to FC Ifeanyi Ubah in the match day 19 will hope to redeem its battered image when they host Ifeanyi Ubah in the match day 20.
