  NPFL: Katsina United Capture 12 players By Sampson Adedeji In order to rescue the dwindling fortune of the team in the Nigeria Professional Football League, Katsina United have announced the signing of 12 new players, BSNSports.com.ng reports. The Katsina state based team is presently hanging around the relegation zone in the ongoing season. The club through a press statement released the name and former club of the players. The biggest name among the 12 players is former Heartland FC of Owerri player Samuel Noshiri who was declared missing by the Owerri based team. Katsina United are currently placed in 18th position with 18 points in 19 matches. Name of newly acquired players 1- Frank Kappe Rightful Back from Enyimba INT'L fc 2- Akleche Enockela Attacking Midfielder from Lobi Stars fc 3- Umoh Ukeme Central Defender from FC Dakkada 4- Mansur Aliyu Central Defender/Defensive Midfielder from Wikki Tourist Fc 5- Olayinka Yusuf Leftful Back from MFM Fc 6- Ayo Adetola Defensive Midfielder from Heartland Fc 7- Nnoshiri Samuel Creative Midfielder No.10 from Heartland Fc 8- Abdulwasiu Mahmud Attacker from Lobi Stars fc 9- Mathew Emmanuel Midfielder from FC Ifanyi Ubah 10- Musa Sulaiman Attacker from Katsina United Fc 11- Aliyu Musa Left Winger from Katsina United Fc 12- Olaniyi Ijaola Attacker Left/Right from Osun United
