NPFL MD 1 Round up: Plateau United Suffer Home Defeat As Adamawa United Force Pillars To Draw

The poor run of form of last season table topper Plateau United continued as they suffered a surprise 0-2 home defeat to last season struggler Kwara United. In other centre, Kano Pillars held their hosts Adamawa United to a 1-1 draw in another matchday one contest Rabiu Ali put Kano Pillars ahead with a sublime finish In the 13th minute. Adamawa United fought back with Isa Garba getting the equaliser 15 minutes from time.
