A 65th minute penalty goal by Rabiu Ali helped Kano Pillars edge out Warri Wolves 1-0, as Kwara United despatched Nasarawa United 2-0 to remain joint top with Kano Pillars. In the last match of the day, Chinonso Okonkwo's (51', 56') second half brace for Lobi Stars cancelled out Ibrahim Umar's (21') first half goal for Jigawa Golden Stars. Kwara United and Kano Pillars leads the log with 36 points but with Enyimba in 5th on 30 points and 4 games in hand, no doubt we've got a long season to go
