NPFL: MFM FC Coach Happy To Finish League Strongly

Head coach of Nigeria professional league club MFM FC, Olalekan Gabriel is delighted to have ended the season on a strong note, BSNsports.com.ng can report.
Coach Gabriel took over the club mid-way in the season after former team handlers, Tony Bolus and Yemi Olarenwaju were asked to step aside owing to poor performances.
Since taken over the team, the Church Boys were able to live up to require standard recording impressive results against top teams both home and away.
In the final match-day, they were able to beat Jigawa Golden Stars 2-0 to stay afloat the relegation waters.
"A Great win to end the Season and also finish in the top half of the table. He said.
"A Big Thank you to Everyone for the support since I took charge as head coach midseason, Glad to have been able to turn around our season," he added.
MFM FC finished in 10th position with 51 points in 38 matches.
