NPFL: MFM Stay Top As Pillars Pip Abia Warriors; Insurance, Rivers Held

MFM of Lagos extended their lead at the top of the Nigeria Professional Football League following a 2-0 home win against Sunshine Stars of Akure at the Soccer Temple Stadium, Agege, BSNSports reports.

Adeniji Kabir gifts the host the lead with a well taken shot from the edge in the 42nd minute, before Micheal Ohanu doubles the lead for Olukoya Boys in the 67th minute.

It was young meticulous winger Adeniji fourth goal of the campaign.
