Okowa confirms Kada City take over By Sampson Adedeji After long deliberations, Chairman Delta State Sports Commission Tonobok Okowa has confirmed the take over of Kada City. The talks has being ongoing for a long period of time after the Kaduna based side secured promotion to the elite division. Okowa stated on Tuesday that Delta Force has taken over the club. Kada city surprisingly emerged Nigeria National League champions at the Super 8 at the Enyimba International Stadium in January 2019. Delta Force on its part failed to make any meaningful impact in the competition. BSN Sports scooped that the Kada City's NPFL slot was sold in exchange for Delta Force NNL slot.
