NPFL: Oladapo Not Happy With FC Ifeanyi Ubah Game
By Sampson Adedeji
Skipper of Enyimba international Austin Oladapo expressed his sadness over the outcome of their game against FC Ifeanyi Ubah yesterday in Aba, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
The former league champions had to rely on late minute strike from Imo Obot to secure a point at home against the Anambra warriors.
While speaking to the club media, Oladapo said he was not happy about the result but blame fatigue for the outcome.
“It wasn’t an easy game for us. We are not happy about the result, we wanted to win this match so we could move to fourth on the log but it’s so unfortunate the game didn’t turn out the way we wanted but we have to take it in good faith.
“I noticed a lot of fatigue in the team because my players were unable to move which is unusual. They were so static. Even with the ball in your feet, you practically have no one to pass it to as everyone remianed on a spot.
“So I think the fatigue in the team is telling on us now. I think we will get it right," he said.
Enyimba will hope to get a favourable result this weekend when they face Rangers international of Enugu in another rescheduled league match.
