Enugu Rangers put their recent poor form behind them on Saturday and secured a valuable away point against host Wikki Tourists.

The Flying Antelope has been having putting up not too impressive performance both in the league and in the continent in recent time, BSN reports

They show a remarkable improvement in the match day 7 of the Nigeria professional league against Wikki at the Pantami stadium in Gombe.

it was Emmanuel Nwokeji that opened the scorers chat for the away side in the first stanza and gave the team confidence going into the dressing room .

Wikki pressed hard in the second half and it paid off as they were awarded a penalty which was duly converted by Idris Guda .

The result will surely boost the team morale ahead of their next game.
