Akwa United won their first game of the season with a 3-0 triumph over Go Round at Goodwill International stadium, Uyo.

Christopher Lolo put Promise Keepers upfront in the 47th minute.

Kano Pillars enjoyed a comfortable winning at the Sani Abacha Stadium with a 3-0 thumping of Nasarawa United.

Adamu Hassan with a brace and Chunedu Sunday were all on target for the hosts at 20th, 26th, 34th respectively.

Heartland edge pass Kada City 3-2 in Okigwe.

Samson Nnoshiri open scoring in the 19th minute but the visitors led at half time through goals by Sadiq Suleiman (28th minute) and Anayo Iwuala (33rd minute).

The Naze millionaires levelled up through Papa Idriss own goal in the 52nd minute, while Chinonso Okonkwo’s seal off bright winning for Naze Millionaires in the 55th minute.
