Nigeria Professional Football League side, Wikki Tourists have appointed Nasiru Salisu as their new coach, BSNSports.com.ng can report.

Nasiru Salisu who has since resumed work with the team said his main target is to ensure the stability of the team using his experience to save it from relegation.

Racha as he is fondly called solicited the cooperation of all stakeholders especially members of the supporters club to enable them succeed.

"This is a collective job that requires collective effort and I believe we can do it," he revealed.

Until his appointment, Nasiru was the Coach of Enyimba International FC.

During his active days, Nasiru has played for Jigawa Golden Stars, Nasarawa United, Elkanemi Warriors and Taraba United.

He was also in Norway were he played for Standard Job FC in 2008.

He has attended Coaching Courses at National Institute for Sports (NIS) Lagos, Intermediate Course Egypt and a Professional Course (Ghana).
