NPFL: Silas Nwankwo Claims Golden Boot By Omolagba Oluwayemi It was a day of mixed feelings for Nasarawa United player Silas Nwankwo who clinched the golden boot on the day his side missed out on continental football, BSNSports.com.ng reports. Silas Nwankwo was tied on 18 goals with Charles Atshimene of Akwa United going into the final match day and both players on the final match day scored moved their tally to 19 but it was Silas Nwankwo who finished top having scored lesser penalty which is a criteria set for use according to the LMC's rules book. Atshimene scored three penalties as against Nwankwo's one.
