NPFL Super 6: Aguda rescues points for Rangers

Nigeria Professional Football League playoff continue at the Agege stadium in Lagos on Monday with Kano Pillars and Enugu Rangers opening the match day 4 with keenly played game.

The first stanza of the encounter produced no goal with both sides trying to dominate the proceedings.

Veteran and Pillars skipper Rabiu Ali broke the deadlock midway into the second stanza and gave 'Sai Mai Su gida' boys edge in the match.

Godwin Aguda beautifully put the ball away and restored parity under intense pressure from Pillars fans.

The match which ended in a 1-1 draw nearly cause mayhem as Pillars fans invaded the pitch with sole aim of attacking match officials.
