  NPFL: We Need Our Fans' Support To Achieve Our Target - Afelokhai By Sampson Adedeji With few weeks to the start of new Nigeria Professional Football League season, Rivers United goalkeeper, Theophilus Afelokhai has said that fans supports is required for them to achieve their aim this season, BSNSports.com.ng reports. Afelokhai joined the Rivers State based club this summer after the expiration of his contract with Enyimba international of Aba. Since joining the club, he has doled out amazing performance and played a pivotal role as the club emerged winner of Governor Wike Pre-season tournament. “I came to Rivers United for a new challenge & I am happy it is starting on a good note. “We have the team and management to excel in all competitions, but we need support from our fans to live up to their expectations," he said Apart from domestic competitions, Rivers United will also be campaigning in the CAF COnfederation cup.
