NPFL: We Were Unlucky Against Rangers - Boboye By Sampson Adedeji Head coach of the Nigeria Professional Football League side Akwa United Kennedy Boboye believed they were unlucky in their match against Rangers international of Enugu, BSNSports.com.ng reports. The Flying Antelope were able to hold the Promise Keeper to a goalless draw in the match day 22 of the league played at the Goodswill Akpabio stadium in Uyo on monday. Boboye said, Rangers came with a defensive tactics which frustrated them and work well for the away side. But the energetic tactian didn't allow the game to distract them as he quickly shift attention to the next league match. “We were just unlucky that we dropped two points at home. Our opponents came to defend and we played more attacking football but unfortunately, we were unable to score." “We pushed more players forward but Rangers came here to frustrate our plans and it worked for them. We have to go back and work on our tactical approach and ensure we score goals whenever we play. “This game is over and we have to shift our focus to Thursday’s game against Abia Warriors in Okigwe." We are still on top but only on superior goal difference so we need to keep fighting for points in all our matches," he told the club media.
