  NPFL: Wikki Tourists Pick First Away Point At Akwa United By Omolagba Oluwayemi Akwa United played out a 1-1 draw with Wikki Tourists today at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium in Uyo, BSNsports.com.ng reports. The Promise Keepers went ahead in the 22nd minutes through Ndifreke Effiong who reacted quickly to rob Wikki Tourists' goalkeeper, Stanley Nwabili of the ball, beats his marker before calmly sending a low ball into the back of the net. United then missed two quick chances in succession before being pecked back in the 37th minute through Chinedu Udeagua who finished off a brilliant team move. The half time ended squared and the second also failed to produce a goal although both sides have the chances to pick up maximum points. Akwa United have now dropped points twice at  home this season while Wikki Tourists picked their first point on the road. Akwa United occupies 12th spot with 6 points while Wikki Tourists are a point lesser in 16th place.
